Welcome is a co-founder and Managing Consultant of Intellego. He has garnered over 23 years’ worth of professional experience in capital markets research, trading, fund management and institutional fund advisory, corporate advisory and risk management, all garnered in both Zimbabwe and Botswana. A CFA Charter holder, Welcome holds a Bachelor of Business Studies, (Honours) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (CIS). He is a past President of the Investment Professionals Association of Zimbabwe (IPAZ) and an active volunteer with the CFA Institute.
